This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for cooking up a storm. The ensuite in the master bedroom was beyond amazing, and my dad and his partner loved it. My teenage daughter couldn't get enough of her room with the dressing table and blackout blinds, she slept like a rock. Even though the bunk room was a tad tight, it was still super cozy. The lounge and snug were my go-to spots, with a TV and comfy armchairs. And the best part? It's just a quick stroll into town, which is just jaw-droppingly lovely. it was a super, super, SUPER place for us and the kids. Beds were comfy, the place was spotless, and the owners even left us some tea, coffee, and milk. Having a washing machine with the kids was a godsend! Plus, they let us leave our bags on the day we checked out, so we could enjoy our event without any hassle. Can't wait to go back and stay again in the future. Absolutely fantastic place! So glad we found it.

I chose Springfield because it was conveniently located near the Rutland Water Nature Reserve, a place I had been wanting to visit for a long time. To my surprise, the hotel offered complimentary wireless Internet access, which allowed me to plan my day's activities easily. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and separate dining area.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. The communication was excellent, and the property was clean and well-equipped. We loved that there were plenty of local independent pubs, restaurants, and shops nearby, as well as larger chains like Tescos, Co Op. It was also easy to drive to Rutland Water reserves and car parks. The Railway Station was close, and we highly recommend checking out the Grainstore Brewery Tap pub. it was a fantastic place to stay!

There were issues with the internet connection, resulting in no heating or hot water. the parking spaces were very tight, and the visitors' space was often occupied by another house, causing inconvenience.
